Towanda - Bradford Sullivan County Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program
Families partner with providers and guide them in creating a plan, building on their family's strengths, that will meet the needs of their child and family. Through coaching, families learn how to embed opportunities into their daily routines and activities that will enhance their child's development. The multi-disciplinary team providing services may include a variety of therapies and teachers based on family need. Services support families with children who may have developmental concerns including but not limited to motor, speech, social emotional, feeding, behaviors, medical diagnoses that may result in developmental delays and more.
Eligibility: Children from birth to age 3
Have a 25% delay in one area of development, a medical diagnosis that may result in a developmental delay, or a qualifying clinical opinion
Residents of Bradford and Sullivan counties
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: No fees for families. Government funding.
Intake Procedure: To make a referral call or email.. Service coordinators schedule with families/caregivers to meet them at home or in a community location of family choice for the initial needs assessment. They discuss family concerns and desires for their child's development. They work with family to plan initial evaluation for eligibility.
Intake Requirements: This program is voluntary. If referral is coming from outside the family, family must be in agreement.
