Eligibility: Adolescents under age 18 years of age, Adults regardless of age, income or insurance coverage.
Hours: Monday, 10:00am to 6:00pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; Thursday, Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
