Assists veterans in applying for Veteran's Administration benefits. Other programs include legislative advocacy, accessibility, spinal cord injury/disease research, bi-monthly newsletter, sports and recreation.
Eligibility: Regular membership; must be a military veteran who can demonstrate discharge from service with better than dishonorable conditions, and a physician's letter specifying the nature of the veterans spinal cord dysfunction. Associate membership: all are eligible with a nominal annual membership fee.

Intake Procedure: Call for more information and/or application
Intake Requirements: Must provide proof of military service discharge under better than dishonorable circumstances: certification of spinal cord dysfunction .A copy of her/his military discharge form, DD-214, and a letter from a physician stating and identifying the nature of the applicant's spinal cord dysfunction.
Helpful Tips: The Keystone Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America works with the Department of Veterans Affairs (the "VA") but is NOT part of it in any way, and depends exclusively on voluntary support from the public to provide services to paralyzed veterans that they do not receive from the VA
