Family Services - Early Intervention (EI) Services
Provides free, developmental screenings for children, birth to three years old. Offers a variety of supportive services for children and their families, including developmental evaluations, physical, occupational and speech therapy, vision and hearing screenings, family education and social work services.
Eligibility: Infants and toddlers, birth to age three, who have a developmental delay or disability. Serves Tioga County residents only.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
