Information Hotline
Provides community outreach, information, and education services through AccessMatters’ Information Hotline (formerly the CHOICE Hotline) with voice and text functionality.

Callers will speak to trained counselors to get answers to their questions, health counseling, and referrals to care on issues ranging from STDs to adolescent health to birth control and consent. Our hotline counselors provide compassionate, confidential, and comprehensive information and referrals for services.
Eligibility: Open to all
Hours: Monday through Thursday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
