Organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and care of nursing home, personal care home and isolated older adults in the community through community transportation services. Volunteer Visitation services, ombudsman/advocacy and guardianship services.
Eligibility: All consumers of long term care.
Guardianship services provided to anyone age 18 and older.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
