Provides primary medical care and dental clinics. Treats chronic diseases and illnesses. Offers prescription medications and diagnostic testing. Performs dental procedures primarily including extractions and fillings (excluding wisdom teeth).

Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
