Helpful Tips: Bell Court is designated for the elderly and near elderly with 24 one-bedroom units, and 2 two-bedroom units that are in the Borough of Bellwood. Cold Spring is a general housing complex with 28 two-bedroom apartments, 22 three-bedroom apartments, and 8 four-bedroom apartments located in Snyder Township (Near Tyrone, PA)

Will be placed on a waiting list for these developments and will be contacted by mail when your name comes to the top of the list. Keep in mind that a birth certificate, a photo i.d., and Social Security card are needed when a rental is available
Facility/ADA Access: Bell Court has two wheelchair accessible apartments and Cold Spring has three wheelchair accessible apartments.
