Provides a licensed full service foster care and adoption agency. Provides services such as home studies, education and post placement supervision/reports for families pursuing a foster to adopt, domestic private, or international adoption. An affiliate of the PA Statewide Adoption Network.

Provides post adoption/post permanency services to any adoptive or permanent kinship family in the area.

National Accredited by the Council on Accreditation.
Eligibility: Approval through home study process
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; Evening and Saturday hours by appointment
