Donley Children's Campus - Early Learning Resource Center
Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRCs) in 17 counties in Pennsylvania. ELRC's are the one-stop hub for early education and child care needs. Families can find early education opportunities, apply for assistance (Child Care Works) to help with child care expenses and access other resources.
Early Childhood Education programs can receive support for improving the quality of their programs. Keystone STARS is a state-wide initiative to improve and support quality improvement in early learning and school-age care and education through professional development and advocacy.

Fee Amounts: Copays for child care are assessed based on family size and income. Resource and referral services are at no cost to families.
