A nurse-managed health center that provides health care to homeless people at all points along the continuum, from street to shelter to transitional housing to self-sufficiency. Services include primary care, family planning services, assistance with benefits, and physical examinations.
Eligibility: Serves individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday, 7:00am to 7:00pm
Friday, 7:00am to 3:00 pm
