Offers financial assistance for the repair or replacement of natural gas furnaces, water heaters, boilers, radiators, and gas lines for residential customers.
Eligibility: Columbia Gas customers who are homeowners with income at or below 150% of the federal poverty income guidelines. Dwelling must be the primary residence.
