Eligibility:
Must be pre-registered with CommuteInfo and have a Freedom Transit
multi-ticket pass that is valid on the day the ERH is needed.

There is no fee to apply for a refund.
Amounts of fare charged by ride share or taxi vary by provider and are the responsibility of the consumer at the time of service.

Intake Procedure:
Make arrangements to get home (with a ride share, taxi, car
service, etc.), pay for the service, and obtain a receipt.
Within 30 days of the ride, submit the refund application and receipt to CommuteInfo. The completed application must also include a copy of the receipt of payment for the emergency ride taken and proof of possession of a valid Freedom Transit multi-ticket package.
