Provides eligible individuals with boxes filled with healthy and nutritious foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, canned foods and cheese once a month.
Eligibility: Fayette County residents aged 60 and over who meet income eligibility.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
