Offers advocacy, peer support, skills training, information and referral, and Transition. Center for Independent Living that addresses needs related to a disability. Services include, but are not limited to: assistive technology, waiver enrollment, HCBS advocacy, understanding and navigating services and benefits in the community, connection to appropriate services or agencies in the community, Transitioning out of a nursing home to a community based living environment, special education advocacy, New Castle office has in house gym and adaptive workout specialist
Eligibility: Any individual with a disability or a family member with a disability.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
