Offers forgiveness of past due balance that is over a year old (calculated from disconnection date) for families who would otherwise qualify for Internet Essentials online connection service.
Eligibility: Service may be available to families who participate in a Federal Assistance Program (including the free/reduced price lunch program for school children), have not subscribed to Xfinity/Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days, and do not have outstanding debt to Comcast that is under one year old
Hours: Daily, 8:00am to 12:00am (midnight).
