Administrative Headquarters - Residential Placement Services
Dependent individuals who need a protective, sheltered living situation can receive assistance with residential placement. Assists with placement in Personal Care Homes (for individuals age 60 or older) or Domiciliary Care Homes (age 18 or older and low income.)

Personal Care Boarding Home Supplement assessment services are provided to Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients age 18 or older who functionally disabled and reside in a licensed Personal Care Home.
Eligibility: Indiana County residents age 60 and over for Personal Care Homes.

Indiana County residents age 18 and older with documented disabilities for Domiciliary Care
