Administrative Office and Community Education and Outreach - Butler - Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services
Provides supports to families who have children under the age of 21 to access intensive behavioral health services in the home, community and school settings. Also assists with providing the family support to access funding for services.
Eligibility: Children from age 2 to age 21 in Pennsylvania who meet the criteria for Medical Assistance. The child must also have a primary behavioral health diagnosis and be at risk for a more restrictive placement.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
