Headquarters, Greensburg - Homeless Assistance Program (HAP)
Helps families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness or facing eviction. Provides financial assistance with rent arrearages (back rent), first month's rent, or security deposits.
Eligibility: Residents of Westmoreland County who also meet the following criteria:
Must have income that covers expenses
Cannot be a Section 8 program participant
Individuals receiving public assistance should first check with their PA DHS County Assistance Office caseworker.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
