The Washington County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (BHDS) has administrative oversight of Behavioral Health Services (Mental Health), Children and Adolescent Services, Early Intervention, and Intellectual Disabilities (formerly Mental Retardation) programs in the county. Administers a wide range of services operating under the Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities Act of 1966.
Eligibility: Washington County Residents.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
