Washington County Human Services Department - Homeless Services and Housing Assistance Programs
Strives to ensure that individuals and families that are at risk of becoming homeless receive the prevention and intervention services to address their various housing needs and the need of other supportive services.

Facilitates all aspects of the multiple projects comprising Washington County's Continuum of Care. Homeless / Housing Services include: Emergency Shelter Services, Safe Haven, Transitional Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Shelter Plus Care, and Homeless Prevention Programs. Supportive Services include Case Management Services and Information and Referral.
Eligibility: Near homeless; Homeless; Age:18 and above; 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
