Offers a vocational program for individuals with disabilities including job readiness (resume preparation, interviewing, etc.), supported employment services for competitive employment, community based assessments, and transition from school to work services.
Eligibility: 18 years or older, with a referral, and residing in Washington County or Fayette County
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: Services free of charge
Intake Procedure: Referrals accepted from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Washington County Base Services Unit, Center for Community Resources, or Fayette County Mental Health Provider. When referral has been received, the office will call the client to set up an appointment.
