Indiana - Impaired Driving Program
Provides the state-mandated assessment (Court Reporting Network Evaluation) and educational (Alcohol Highway Safety School) components for individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
Eligibility: Available to individuals arrested in Indiana County who are mandated to participate. The service is also available to individuals who reside in Indiana County but were arrested elsewhere (known as an "out of county arrest transfer").

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Court Reporting Network Evaluation: By appointment.
Alcohol Highway Safety School: Three consecutive Monday evenings or one Weekend class (Friday evening and all-day Saturday). Call for details.

Fee Amounts:
Court Reporting Network Evaluation: $75 cash. A $10 rescheduling fee, which increases with each missed appointment, applies.
Alcohol Highway Safety School: $225 if arrested in Indiana County; $250 for out of county arrest transfers. Non-compliant individuals are responsible for a $40.00 rescheduling fee and must pay for the classes prior to being scheduled.
Intake Procedure: Appointments for the Court Reporting Network Evaluation are typically scheduled by the District Justice hearing the case.

Registration for Alcohol Highway Safety School may be completed at the time of the assessment appointment.
