Somerset County - Record Expungement
Helps individuals to have eligible arrest and conviction information removed from their records; in some cases, assistance with applications for pardons/amnesty is available. This service can increase the ability of individuals to obtain employment, housing, certain benefits, and the restoration of civil rights (such as the right to vote or hold public office).
