SPHS Behavioral Health - Supportive Housing
Provides substance abuse and mental health treatment including assessment/evaluation, outpatient and intensive outpatient programs, substance abuse partial hospitalization, psychiatric evaluations and medications, referrals, child and adolescent services and in school services.
Eligibility: Any individual age 6 and older residing in Westmoreland County
Hours: Monday, Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm; Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm; Saturdays by appointment
