SPHS CARE Center - Care Center
The Transitional Care Center for Mental Health is a long term structured residence which resulted from a collaborative effort between the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Butler, Butler County MH/MR/D&A Program, and the Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center, along with support from Armstrong County and Value Behavioral Health.
Eligibility: Individuals who are eligible for hospitalization but who can receive adequate care in the LTSR.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
