SPHS Behavioral Health - Supportive Housing
Provides substance abuse and mental health treatment including assessment/evaluation, outpatient and intensive outpatient programs, substance abuse partial hospitalization, psychiatric evaluations and medications, referrals, child and adolescent services.
Eligibility: Any resident of Westmoreland County age 14 and older in need of mental health and substance abuse treatment
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm; Tuesday, Thursday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm
