Provides in-home services to children with intellectual challenges and developmental delays, disabilities.

Specific interventions may include physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition instruction, social work, and special instruction provided by a qualified teacher.
Eligibility: Residents of Bedford, Cambria, and Somerset counties. Serves children from birth to age 3.
