Provides winter outerwear items for financially qualifying children and older adults.
Eligibility: Children from birth to age 18 are eligible every other year. Exceptions for those who grow out of their gear are at the discretion of the program director.

Older Adults, age 60+, who have not received the service before.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm
