Provides a certified peer specialist (CPS) to a veteran diagnosed with severe mental illness. The CPS helps navigate recovery and personal challenges through support and guidance.
Eligibility: Must be a veteran diagnosed with severe mental illness.
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call to begin intake process.
Intake Requirements: Veteran's provider will complete a referral.
