Individuals must be:
A) 18 years of age or older
B) A resident of Mercer County
C) Have a documented primary diagnosis of drug/alcohol abuse, dependency, or a co-occurring MH/D&A diagnosis with equal severity of conditions
D) Willing to participate voluntarily
