Beaver County Early Head Start - Transition...The Next Step
A program designed for high school students and young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, including autism, to prepare them to work and live as independently as possible. Techniques and tools such as technology, simulation, hands-on practice, visual aids and individual, group and community based instruction are used to ensure each student walks away with knowledge gained.
Eligibility: Youth and young adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities including Autism, age 18 to 28.
Hours: Weekdays, 7:30am to 4:00pm
