Beaver County Program Center - Community OutReach Center
Adult Training Facility that focuses on assisting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to become active members of their community through volunteerism, participation in community events, and social interaction within the community. Transition Program focuses on job readiness skills to prepare participants for competitive integrated employment. A variety of group and individual activities take place while at the center allowing for individualized instruction/assistance in the development of competency in specific skill areas and the enhancement of a positive self-image.
Eligibility: Must have a primary diagnosis of intellectual disabilities, age eighteen and over.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Consolidated Waiver, PFDS/Waiver, Autism Waiver.
Intake Procedure: Call for details.
Intake Requirements: Physical, Tetanus booster, Mantoux TB, ID diagnosis prior to age eighteen, and vision and hearing exam
Geographical Area: Armstrong, Indiana, and Washington Counties.
