Provides primary health care services for individuals who have no insurance, have limited insurance, or do not qualify for other services.
Eligibility: Adults between the ages of 19 and 64 or Veterans age 19+ who are uninsured or underinsured and below 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Thursday, 11:00am to 7:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm
