Intake Requirements:
  • Photo ID
  • Second identification (i.e. Access Card, utility bill, veteran's ID)
  • Self Declaration of Need form

Helpful Tips: Church is located at the corner of Buhl Boulevard and Highland Road. To access the pantry, enter through the Highland Road entrance and use the red door at the back of the church.
