Provides temporary assistance with housing and utility bills for Conemaugh Township residents only.
Eligibility: Residents of Conemaugh Township with income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (TEFAP income eligibility standard). Call for additional details and to determine eligibility.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm
