Offers home owners rehabilitation program with funds available to Washington County. Provides low interest loans for home improvements.
Eligibility: Low and moderate income homeowners who own and occupy a residence in Washington County. Income eligibility and annual income must not exceed 80% of the Median Family income for the Pittsburgh MSA as determined by HUD and adjusted based on household size.
