Administrative Headquarters - Crisis Intervention
Provides emotional and financial support for those in crisis. Assessment conducted by crisis specialists to determine client needs. Provides eviction and utility termination assistance and referrals to other in-house services.

Assistance is based on available funding.
Eligibility: Serves primarily residents in Mercer County with low incomes.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
Friday, 9:00 to 3:00pm

Limited hours are available for drop-in appointments on Wednesdays, 10:0am to 12:00pm (noon), and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Intake Procedure: Call for appointment.

Drop-in day is Wednesday, from 10:00am to 12:00pm (noon), and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Intake Requirements: Eviction notice, utility shut-off notice, proof of employment, proof of residence, and state ID or driver's license.

Helpful Tips: Application/assessment and interview are only done by scheduling an appointment. Depending on the amount of people waiting, you may need to have an appointment scheduled.
