Offers a promotora model aimed to promote the wellbeing of Latino families in Pittsburgh. LCC’s promotores and promotoras live and work in the Latino community in Pittsburgh, ensuring that all Latinos have equitable access to services and the tools to implement a healthy lifestyle.
Eligibility: Anyone interested in receiving services revolving around health and wellness.
Hours: LCC’s regular business hours: Monday and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Must call the main number to complete an intake (412) 335-7446. Intake Specialist will complete an intake form over the phone (about 10-20 minutes), then refer them to a Community Health Worker.
