Hours:
Evening clinics will be held at the Immunization Clinic every
Thursday in September from 4:30pm to 7:00pm.
Saturday clinics, from 10:00am to 2:00pm, will be held on September 18th, and October 2nd, 16th, and 30th.

Fee Amounts:
Childhood Immunizations are federally funded and administered free
of charge to eligible children. Call for information on eligibility
for free vaccines.
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an appointment or log into MyChart (linked in the
Intake Website below) to schedule and appointment.
Drop in for unscheduled visit.
Parents/guardians must bring photo ID and a copy of their children’s vaccination records.
