Payment Assistance Programs - Energy Efficiency Program
Offers rebates on certain Energy Star appliances and may pay consumers up to $50 to recycle an old refrigerator or freezer.

Helps customers conserve energy and reduce demand while lowering their electricity costs.

Also provides energy use audits to residential customers interested in reducing energy use.
Eligibility: Open to any interested Duquesne Light Residential customers.

Please note, refrigerators and stand alone freezers must be in working condition and must be between 10 and 30 cubic feet using inside measurements.
