Provides Allegheny County residents served by the Department of Human Services (DHS) — as well as other interested parties — with quick and easy access to knowledgeable specialists who answer questions, resolve concerns and complaints about, and offer referrals to services provided through DHS.
Eligibility: Available to all Allegheny County residents, as well as to individuals and agencies providing assistance to those served by the Area Agency on Aging, the Offices of Behavioral Health, Children Youth and Families (CYF), Community Services, and Office of Developmental Supports (ODS).
Hours: Phone answered Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Drop-In Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
