Offers up to a 30 minute consultation with an attorney. Screens potential legal cases for merit and the type of legal service required and provides clients with referrals to local law practices that can assist them.
Eligibility: Serves individuals in need of legal representation in Allegheny County.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Fee Amounts: None for most Regular Referrals. Attorneys will charge their normal rates for any additional work performed.
Intake Procedure: Call or visit the website.

Callers are matched to an attorney or legal services provider to whom they have access up to 30 minutes to discuss their legal concerns. After the initial discussion, the caller is under no obligation to hire the attorney and the attorney is under no obligation to take the case.
