Offers Pennsylvania residents who may not have the funds necessary to acquire the assistive technology devices such as walkers, Hoyer lifts, bath seats and toilet seats, transfer benches and transfer boards, bedside commodes, over bed tables, manual wheelchairs, daily living aids (eating, dressing, etc.), assistive listening devices, blind/low vision aids, adapted telephones, communication and computer-related devices, canes and crutches, adaptive games, toys, and recreational devices that would allow them to live, work, and play as independently as possible in the communities of their choice are able to get the equipment for little to no cost. Allows individuals to donate or obtain gently used assistive technology devices.
Eligibility: Individuals who are in need of assistive technology who have a disability or are over the age of 62.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Helpful Tips: Does not accept donations without a scheduled appointment day and time. All donation drop-offs must be pre-approved.

All donations must be sanitized and cleaned adequately before drop-off.

CLASS reserves the right to deny any donations that are not properly cleaned, have an appearance beyond the “gently used” guidelines, or items that appear damaged, require extensive repairs, and/or are deemed unsafe for a new user.
