Offers twelve-week OJT training program designed to support adults who have been out of the workforce or who experience barriers to employment to find and maintain stable, career pathway positions in the food service industry.

Provides wraparound services for students, including case management, life skills classes, and referrals for supplemental services such as transportation and uniforms.
Eligibility: Open to individuals age 18 and older.

Intake Requirements: Application (provided at orientation) and interview. Proof of identity, and eligibility to work in the US.
Geographical Area: Serves Allegheny County. Located in Hazelwood.
Helpful Tips: This Culinary Training program offers credits that are eligible for transfer to Community College of Allegheny County and is an approved training program for American Culinary Federation and a pre-apprenticeship program for National Restaurant Association.
Facility/ADA Access: Facility is accessible, and some accommodations can be made, but participants must be able to navigate a commercial kitchen facility.
