Eligibility:
Serves the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community and provides
interpreters to organizations and professionals whose clients
require ASL interpretation.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Fee Amounts:
Fees vary based on the assignment, but are charged at an hourly
rate. Depending upon the nature of the assignment, the service may
be paid by the County, insurance, or other funding organization.

Geographical Area:
Provides service for 37 counties in the western half of
Pennsylvania.
Able to offer referrals to other agencies that serve the eastern half of the state.

Helpful Tips:
Interpreters may be scheduled through the office nearest where the
interpreter will be needed or by contacting the Pittsburgh office
(headquarters) for an interpreter in any of the 37 counties served
by the Center for Deaf and Hearing Services.
