Challenges: Options in Aging, New Castle Center - Options in Aging: Family Caregiver Support
Provides benefit counseling, reimbursement of respite provided for the primary caregiver, reimbursement for consumable care-giving supplies, adaptive equipment, and caregiver education.
Eligibility: Adults age 60 and older, resident of Lawrence County, monthly gross income cannot exceed 300% of the Federal Benefit Rate. Providing on-going care giving supports.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
