Washington County Outreach - Basic Needs Assistance - Utility Bills
Offers limited financial assistance for utility bills; also provides assistance with applications for Dollar Energy and CAP programs.
Eligibility: Individuals and families who reside in the service area and are at risk of homelessness with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline. Must meet additional criteria, including one or more of the following: Older adult (age 55 and older) Pregnant Children in the home

Intake Requirements: Proof of residency, income, and copies of utility bills for which the client is seeking assistance.
