Butler County Outreach - Housing Related Coordinated Entry
Acts as the Coordinated Entry Agency for housing needs in Butler County.

Potential services include emergency grants, permanent supportive housing for individuals and families with children, in particular those struggling with mental illness, and temporary/transitional housing and support
Eligibility: Butler County residents who are experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness, and are in need of housing and case management services.
Hours: Office/Phone Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
In-Person/Unscheduled Visits: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
