Allegheny County Outreach - Duquesne Light CAP Office
Provides access to a variety of energy assistance programs so families can maintain their utility services, including Customer Assistance Program (CAP). CAP helps low-income, payment troubled customers of Duquesne Light establish manageable payment plans. Also assists with Dollar Energy Fund applications.
Eligibility: Must be a Duquesne Light customer.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
